A Game Changer

Our 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia when she was 6.  She has tutored with Laure for the past year.  If someone had told me how much progress she would make with Laure, I likely would not have believed them.  I wish we would have started with Laure sooner.  Our daughter’s benchmark results from second grade in the fall were in the well below expectations, while by winter she was tested as at or above expectations.  I credit that entirely to Laure. Our daughter’s interest and confidence in reading have totally skyrocketed.

Laure is a wealth of knowledge on what the dyslexic learner needs and she is always adjusting according to our child’s needs.  Our daughter has a strong sense of affection for Laure and I believe that is because she understands just how much Laure has changed things for her.  Laure is a game changer.  I was so nervous and stressed to see little to no progress for our daughter over the course of first grade.  Now having Laure as a resource, the fear has dissolved.  The future is bright for our child.   Andrea S.
